If your agency has been setup to have drop down of charges that handlers can select from then this is where you would maintain that list. If your agency has a free form charge entry then you can ignore this list. You can request a change from one method to another by adding a support ticket stating this request. 

To add a new charge click on the Add New Charge button as shown below:

If you need to edit a charge that you have already placed into the system then click on the edit icon as shown below:

If you would like to delete a charge then click on the delete icon as shown below:
